Concept design · a company in formation
AI infrastructure that ships — not construction that waits.
A self-powered, factory-built compute platform that lands on a slab or a gravel pad and is live in days. No grid interconnection queue. No water main. No fiber build.

The platform
Compute, power and cooling — one factory-built module
Every pod is sized from first principles: climate, silicon, power and cooling, computed rather than assumed, then shipped as standard ISO modules.
Days, not years
Factory-tested modules power on before a conventional campus finishes permitting.
Off the grid, by design
Firm power from natural-gas fuel cells and a battery. No interconnection queue.
Water positive
Closed-loop dry cooling with exhaust-water recovery — the site produces more than it consumes.
Built to capture carbon
A concentrated exhaust stream, engineered for carbon capture at the source — not an offset.
How it works
Design, ship, power on
No EPC contract. Site scope is a landing, a gas stub and a crane.
Design
Every dimension — coil field, fuel-cell count, battery, land — computed from the site's climate and the silicon's thermal envelope.
Ship
Modules ship dry and road-legal on standard flatbeds to any of the fifty states — no oversize permit required.
Power on
A crew connects power, cooling and gas in days — fiber too, where the site already has it; otherwise the pod's own satellite uplink takes over. Every module is factory-tested before it leaves.
Who it's for
Built for hyperscale clouds, AI labs and GPU infrastructure operators
A site-and-power platform for teams that need dedicated capacity fast — without developing every power and cooling asset themselves. Deployable anywhere with firm gas — fiber where the site already has it, satellite uplink where it doesn't — in locations a conventional campus can't reach on time.

Engineering specification, siting model, and partnership terms are shared with named reviewers under a confidentiality understanding. If you have an access code, enter here — otherwise, request one and a reviewer link follows.
- Reviewer access — business case, technical overview and siting model, under this confidentiality understanding.
- NDA — full engineering specification and partnership economics for your site or capacity need.
- LOI — a specific deal takes shape: site, capacity, timeline.
- Term sheet, executed — commercial terms locked. If accepted, the MoData Agreement, full negotiations and disclosures open from here.
